Most people who use Tickrify have TradingView open in the next tab. That is the intended workflow, and it is worth being blunt about why: we do not want to be your charting platform. TradingView is better at that than we will ever be, and building a worse copy of it would help nobody.
What Tickrify does is the thirty seconds after your chart is drawn and before your order is placed. You have marked your levels, you think you see a setup, and you are about to risk money on it. That is the moment an independent read is worth something, and it is the only moment this tool is for.
What's in here
The output is not a verdict you follow. It is a structured second read against which you compare your own. When it agrees with you, that is a small amount of extra confidence. When it disagrees, that is the useful case, and it will tell you what specifically it disagrees about.
This is the single biggest lever on output quality and almost nobody mentions it. A model reading a chart is doing optical work, and you can make that work easy or hard.
This is where Tickrify separates from pasting a chart into a general chatbot. Once the instrument and timeframe are read off your image, the backend goes and gets the real data for them, and puts that data into the prompt as text.
Counting and locating things is what vision models do worst. Turning those steps into deterministic arithmetic before the model sees them removes an entire category of confident error.
If you upload a TradingView capture you saved three days ago, injecting the live price next to it would be actively harmful: the model would build entry, stop and target from numbers that contradict the chart in front of it, and the result would look authoritative and be nonsense.
So the backend reads the last visible close off your screenshot and compares it to the live close. More than three ATRs apart and the live data is withheld. The model is told it is looking at a historical chart, that every level must come from the image, and that it must say so in the output. You get an honest weaker read instead of a confident wrong one.
Not all of them, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Crypto pairs, gold, silver and forex majors get verified candles. Index CFDs and single stocks do not, and on those the analysis works from your screenshot alone. The full coverage table is here.
It gets asked often enough to answer plainly. Pine runs inside your chart and cannot call an external model, so an indicator version would have to be a thin shell that ships your chart somewhere else anyway. It would add an install step, a permissions conversation and a maintenance surface, and it would deliver the same analysis you can get by pressing Ctrl+Alt+S and Ctrl+V. When the honest version of a feature is worse than the thing it replaces, we would rather not ship it.
No. There is no integration, no API key and no login. You paste an image. That is the entire surface.
No. A free TradingView account produces screenshots that work fine. The features that help most, a visible price axis and a legible timeframe, are on the free tier.
Two things. It is willing to come back with "no trade", and its results are published with sample sizes and confidence intervals on our accuracy page. If the in-chart copilot already does what you need, you may not need us.
It reads what is visible in the image, drawings included. Leaving your trendlines and zones on generally helps, because the read is then about the setup you are actually considering.
Yes. A phone screenshot works as long as the price axis and the timeframe are in frame. Landscape captures more structure than portrait.
