Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, anytime, from Settings in your dashboard (Manage subscription), with no email needed. You keep your Ticks and full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Every eligible trade plan is checked against real market candles 48 hours later, automatically. The full scoreboard, with sample size, 95% confidence intervals and the results that look bad, is published at tickrify.com/accuracy.
Before you pay
- How do I cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings in your dashboard: Settings, then Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. No email needed. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep your Ticks and full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account stays open in read mode with your history, and you can reactivate before that date in the same place. Questions: support@tickrify.com.
- How do Ticks work?
- Ticks are Tickrify’s analysis credits. The monthly plan resets your balance to 200 Ticks every billing month, and the weekly plan ($7.99) resets it to 25 Ticks every week. A quick analysis uses 1 Tick; a deep analysis uses 3 Ticks.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Write to support@tickrify.com and we switch you between the weekly, monthly and yearly plans, starting on your next billing date. You can also cancel in Settings and pick the new plan when your current period ends.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
- Is my card data safe?
- Yes. We use Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors in the world. We never store your card data on our servers.
- Is there a refund guarantee?
- You never pay blind: a 3-day free trial before any charge, with no card, and you can cancel anytime. Per the Terms of Service purchases are final, but if anything goes wrong with an analysis, reply to any email and we’ll make it right. We read every message.
